1. Subscription RefundsYou may request a refund of your subscription fee under the following circumstances:
Verified Technical Inaccessibility: If you were unable to access the Platform due to a verified technical issue attributable solely to us, which persisted for more than 72 consecutive hours following your written notice, and no alternative solution was provided.
Material Deviation from Stated Services: In rare and exceptional cases where the Service delivered demonstrably and materially deviated from the essential functional description explicitly stated on the Platform, and such deviation was independently verified through our internal audit process. The deviation must not be attributable to the User’s conduct, hardware or software environment, network instability, or force majeure.
Note: Dissatisfaction based on subjective experience—such as lack of emotional connection, unmet personal expectations, or perceived chemistry—is not grounds for a refund unless accompanied by a clear breach of stated service standards.
Partial Use of Subscription: We may, at our sole discretion, grant partial refunds if the subscription has been only partially used and no breach of Terms or misuse is identified.
2. Membership Termination and RefundsIf your Membership is terminated by the Platform without cause, you shall receive a pro-rata refund of any paid but unused fees that we have received from you.
If your Membership was terminated for cause — such as violations of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or community guidelines — you will not be entitled to any refund.
3. ChargebacksShould you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to disclose any relevant communication, session logs, and internal correspondence necessary to verify the legitimacy of the transaction. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such disclosures made in the context of dispute resolution.
4. Cancellation of SubscriptionYou may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings by selecting “Cancel Subscription.” The cancellation process is simple and requires no additional steps beyond confirming your choice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will be made after cancellation. Please note that no refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period that has already begun, unless explicitly stated in this Policy.
